A Candy-Coloured PFC 17, a HuffPo Mention and Giveaway Reminder

The 17th Petite Fashion Challenge, hosted by Sew Petite Gal asks: Take a bowl full of colorful candies (M&Ms, Jolly Ranchers, jelly beans, etc.), close your eyes, and draw 2-3 pieces.  Now use those colors (+ a neutral of your choosing) to form the basis for your ensemble.

I don’t really have candy in my house, so I used my imagination, picking a light blue, a green and an orange. so here I am:

Dress: Equipment

Cardigan: LOFT (really old – they were still Ann Taylor LOFT when I bought it – probably 2008-ish)
Shoes: Emyloo Shoes, size 4 1/2
Belt: Club Monaco

Thanks so much for hosting, Sew Petite Gal!

By the way, Huffington Post Canada contacted me a few days ago, asking me for some advice on petite sizing.  Here’s the final article, where many petite-favourite brands, including Allison Izu, J.Crew and H&M are mentioned. And finally, a reminder about our Murale make-up case and samples giveaway!  Ends on July 15.
