Bloggers’ Faves: A DIY Blouse and Flare Jeans from Toronto Shopaholic

Today we’re launching a new section, Bloggers’ Faves, which features favourite outfits from various influential bloggers.  Our first blogger is Jane from Toronto Shopaholic:

Growing up I was more of jeans and t-shirt girl, but now I have matured into more of a jeans and blouse kinda girl. This blouse is one of my favourites and somehow it hasn’t made it on the blog yet?! It is actually a dress from Club Monaco from a few seasons ago that I altered into a blouse. I loved the way the dress looked from the waist up and decided I would make the dress work for me.

I think that a wide legged jean paired with a trench coat is a really classic look that instantly can make anyone look chic. I can’t wait to be able to wear this trench on a regular basis when the weather cools down. I love the details like the foral lining and contrast piping.

Outfit details; Blouse Club Monaco (old), Denim James Jeans, Necklace Vintage (via Absolutely in Rosedale), bracelet stack Stella & Dot, Trench Coat moodbyme.com, Shoes Winners (old)
