Bubbly, Wine and Barefoot for a Great Cause

Pedi for a Cause, featuring Barefoot Wine and Bubbly was held at Arta Gallery in the Distillery District in Toronto.  In addition to the wine, there were delicious (and sometimes, unusual) appetizers from Daniel et Daniel such as truffle popcorn on green beans as well as a rosemary waffle with chicken and pickled cabbage, the event also featured five delicious Barefoot wines as well as a signature sangria, called the Barefoot Mosca-Toe, made with a mixture of the brand’s amazing bubbly and still Moscatos.  Barefoot winemaker Jennifer Wall, who came in all the way from California, was also there and addressed the attendees early on at the event.

In addition to delicious food and wines, the event offered foot rubs and polish changes for toes.  Sticking with Barefoot’s philanthropic philosophy, for each foot rub or polish change, a small donation to Second Harvest was given on behalf of attendees.  It was an amazing evening!
