Givenchy and Fendi Product Launch at Sephora

This past Friday, Givenchy and Fendi launched some of their fall products at a private event held at the Sephora store on Avenue and Bloor in Toronto.  The event, which was for beauty, style and lifestyle bloggers and media, featured a delicious light breakfast from La Prep (granola and yogurt parfait, fruit salad and cupcakes, along with coffee, juice and water). followed by a demonstration of several Givenchy make-up products.  These items included the Hydra Sparking Magic Lip & Cheek Balm, Noir Couture 4-in-1 Mascara as well as Mister Perfect, a make-up “eraser” for eyes and lips and Givenchy Croisière Healthy Glow Powder, an “invisible” and “weightless” bronzing powder that works well whether you are going for a simple, natural look or to enhance a more “complete” face.

In addition to the make-up application demonstration, event attendees were introduced to three scents, two of which are part of the Givenchy Dahlia Noir line (an eau de parfum and an eau de toilette), inspired by film noir of the 1930s as well as Fendi’s new men’s scent, Fan di Fendi pour Homme.  Featuring British DJ, Mark Ronson, the scent epitomizes the modern, sophisticated, cosmopolitan man.  Like Dahlia Noir, Fan di Fendi also has an “old Hollywood” vibe, and in a way, equally as mysterious.
