Home Decor Boutique Palace & Co. Debuts in Midtown

Palace & Co., a new home decor store in the Yonge and St. Clair area, held a mingling event on November 1 to introduce themselves to media.  The store is  boutique-sized, with two floors – more furniture and furniture-related items (cushions, etc) on street level, with other items such as vases and candle holders on the second level.  Currently, items on the second floor are decidedly holiday themed with palette of red and white.

The event itself was very much a meet and greet/mingling party – think appetizers, drinks and such.  Tabülé Middle Eastern Cuisine, which is just a few blocks north in the Yonge and Davisville area catered the appetizers, featuring their signature flash fried cauliflower as well as pita and hummus, falafel and eggplant, all delicious, despite a little messy to eat without plates and cutlery (most attendees tried their best to be neat by eating everything with pita, which was a bit not that easy with the large eggplant slices).  On the sweet side were the mini cupcakes from CutiePie Cupcake Company.  California-based winery Barefoot Wine was also there with two bubblies and two stills.  Style was also part of the event with three models wearing holiday-ready pieces currently available at Tristan.

Palace & Co. is located at 1525 Yonge Street, just a short walk north of St. Clair.
