JLT’s DelecTABLE Designs Preview Party

The Junior League of Toronto’s inaugural DelecTABLE Designs held its preview party Thursday night at Heritage Court, Exhibition Place.  There were delicious treats (including passed hors d’oeuvres as well as a carving station) an amazing silent auction (featuring a gorgeous Birks necklace) as well as the chance to see the dining room installations created by designers and decorators such as Lynn Raitt, Cry if I Want To and Julia West Home.  Definitely one to catch is the cottage country-influenced “table” by Rooms ‘N Blooms that is not so much a traditional table, but one made out of a canoe as well as Cry if I Want To’s clock-inspired display.

DelecTABLE Designs officially opens today and will run until Sunday, April 29.  In addition to viewing the dining room settings, attendees will also have the opportunity to hear speakers such as Dee Dee Eustace and Moise Bensimon discuss on topics such as trends and décor.  Proceeds from the event will go to Junior League of Toronto supported causes such as Kids in the Kitchen.

Admissions to DelecTABLE Designs is $20 per person.  Showings are 10 AM until 8 PM Friday, 10 AM until 6 PM Saturday and 11 AM until 5 PM on Sunday.  Tickets are available at the door at Heritage Court.
