Just as New York Fashion Week ends, London begins. Designers who presented on the first two days included Daks, Jaeger London, sass & bide, Felder Felder as well as Issa London, known for the dress Kate Middleton wore at the announcement of her engagement to Prince William. London Fashion is different from New York – there seems to be more colour and more innovative designs, not only coming from the designers themselves, but also stylists. For example, there are fewer boho and 1970s-inspired looks, both very prominent trends in New York. At the same time, certain trends, including longer hem lines, have been seen on this side of the Atlantic as well…
