LG Fashion Week Highlights: Day 3

It’s a pretty packed day today, with shows that include Robert Graham, Sid Niegum the ever creative Korhani Home Rug Runway show and of course, Canadian favourites Pink Tartan and Joe Fresh…

Robert Graham: This US-based line is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a show in the studio featuring the spring/summer 2012 collection. Called “Sunest Odyssey,” these shirts were inspired by gorgeous sunsets from exotic locales, reflected in various warm orange, brown and even green and blue shades.

Marie Saint Pierre: This Montreal-based designer showed a small collection of little black dresses in the Studio space.  Most of the dresses were knee-length, and many with asymmetrical cuts. Looking for something classical, but with a twist for your next party?  Look no further…

Sid Neigum: An interesting twist on the samurai warrior, for both men and women!  Except for the models with very short hair, everyone wore their hair in buns tied on top of their head.  Many, especially women, wore clogs as well.  Most interesting were the fake eyebrows, which were, in my opinion, a little bit distracting.
