LG Fashion Week Starts Monday!

LG Fashion Week will once again be at Heritage Court at Exhibition Place starting this Monday. The usual names, such as Pink Tartan, Joe Fresh and David Dixon will be presenting over the course of the week. Also presenting at the main LG Fashion Week event for the Fall/Winter season is Sunny Fong’s VAWK. VAWK has, in the past, held shows off-site. Once again, it seems that Sunny will use some non-traditional models in his show.

From various Spring/Summer 2011 collections

Like the Spring/Summer shows held back in October, collections will be shown both at the “studio” (a smaller, non-traditional space used both for fashion as well as book signings and other events) and on the runway. Events slated for the studio space include Sarah Stevenson, who made her LG Fashion Week debut back in October, KRANE Design as well as Jeanne Beker’s Strutting It book signing event.

LG Fashion Week is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased online. Must be 19 to attend.
