LOFT Toronto Eaton Centre Opens its Doors

…but not before a media preview, which was held on May 30.  I wasn’t able to stay very long at the event due to a Junior League dinner, but still didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity to snap a few shots and browse items before the store opened the following day.  As with an earlier LOFT event at the first Toronto store over at Yorkdale, Tiffany Pratt was at the shop, creating cute flower accessories.

The store itself is comparable in size to Canada’s first store at Yorkdale, and like that store, has the full range of LOFT pieces that are not online only.  This is amazing news for those of us who are petite, as there’s now an additional place to shop.  Most of the media in attendance tried on clothes, including myself.  With a 30% discount card, I picked up two dresses, a cardigan and a pair of linen pants – I really think my summer wardrobe is complete.  We were also gifted a cute, colourful scarf (thanks!!!).

And in case you were wondering, yes, I managed to get to my dinner on time.  LOFT at the Eaton Centre is on the third floor, across from Michael Kors.
