Other than their Droid phone, Motorola‘s been relatively quiet these past few years, especially after their Razr2 failed to sell. However, they are set to launch another Android powered smartphone that has generated quite a bit of buzz at the CES.

The phone has 1G RAM (yes, like a netbook!) and even has USB ports. Since it has higher RAM than any phone and is much smaller, could it be the tablet killer? Or, would people find the Atrix too small to use as anything other than, well, a smartphone without their cool accessories (they include a LapDock, which is, well, you’ve guessed it, a docking station that looks like a laptop)? I guess only time will tell. The Atrix will be available in Canada with Bell later this year.
