Over the Rainbow Turns 35!

On August 27 and 28, Yorkville’s independent denim-focused store, Over the Rainbow, celebrated its 35th birthday.  Not only was there a two day party complete with popcorn, pizza, a DJ and a photo booth (an old fashioned, retro, 1970s looking one to celebrate the big 3-5!), but independent cosmetics company, DaLish was also in attendence, selling products at a slightly lower price.

The event was not only fun, but also philanthropic.  The charity of choice at the party was Autism Speaks and a small percentage of all purchases went to the organization.
