Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 2 onions, chopped
- Approximately 12-15 pieces of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of frozen vegetables
1. In a lightly greased pot, add chop onions and let it disolve
2. Add ground turkey and cook until it is more or less brown
3. Add mushrooms and continue cooking
4. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce
5. Add frozen vegetables, stir and let simmer
This sauce will go well with any kind of pasta. A personal favourite here is orecchiette.
