E-commerce is back at The Bay!  Many of the brands found in the historic Canadian department store can now be bought right from the comfort of your home, office or local coffee shop, just with a click of a mouse.   Luxury labels found in The Room, however, are not available.  Anyway, I recently picked up a pretty INC International Concepts ruche dress from the website, which makes it to this week’s Webitor’s Pick.

I’m supposed to be on a black clothing ban, but I guess a black dress with a bit of colour doesn’t count, does it?  I wrote about this dress over on my other site, Shorty Stories, citing its versatility of going from day to night.  I’m also a fan of the colours – the purple and red definitely brighten the black up, yet it keeps it from being too bright.  The dress looks a lot smaller than it is.  It’s very stretchy, so if you’re not 100% sure about your size with INC, then I highly suggest that you get it at the store so you can try it on.  The price is very good, too, going for about about $55 both in Canada and the US.  Pairing items is very easy.  For a more put-together, try it with pumps.  For something more fun, knee length boots would be great, too.  Bag wise, just about anything goes – ranging from a clutch to small hobos to even a tote.
